Bookuler is a booking management platform designed for pet care businesses, including pet boarding facilities, pet hotels, and overnight pet care services. The Service allows you to:
- Create and manage booking pages
- Accept and process bookings from customers
- Manage your calendar and availability
- Process payments through integrated payment processors
- Customise your booking page with your branding
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookuler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
